1.Drink More Water
Your belly will be flatter if you discharge fluids. This can be done by drinking more water, for the body needs more water when is dehydrated. Try to drink no less than half of your body weight measured in ounces. For example if you weigh 140 lbs. you should drink 70 ounces of water every day.
2.Reduce Salt Intake
It is used by everyone and it is good in moderation. But too much salt can lead to water retention and disproportion of salt and water. All these will make you bloated. Also with consuming processed foods as snacks, fast foods, frozen dinner etc. you will enter excessive amount of salt.
3.Stop Chewing Gums
If you are chewing gums, then you should avoid them. This is due to the fact that when you chew gum, you gulp air which then goes into the stomach and it becomes bloated. Interestingly, but sugar- free gums are even worse. If you follow these 3 simple tricks you will get rid of bloated stomach forever.
