Job Title : Inside Sales Representative III 

Job Description 

The APOS (After point of Sale) Services Inside Sales Rep is responsible for driving the APOS revenue and margins within the respective Country from inside prospective. The APOS portfolio includes current & legacy hardware upgrades via warranties & non tied services at APOS level. The successful candidate will be part of one of Dell's fastest growing and most profitable businesses where the person will need to work closely with Sales, Services, Services marketing, Sales Training, Commercial Reporting & Sales Planning Analysis team to ensure steady revenues and newer avenues. 

Principle responsibilities: 

• Deliver consistent revenues and margins on APOS Warranty and non-tied services 
• Be an advocate for the services team while on calls with the customers. Engage with ISR & AE for the specified accounts to drive Services sales 
• Ability to work well with all leaders of each team in APOS(After point of Sale) to reach defined and desired goals 
• Follow a strong BMS & maintain a robust funnel & tracking mechanism. 
• Leverage key business units to optimize performance, including segment sales, customer care, technical support & marketing.
